   Jose Rizal Memorial State University produces globally competitive individuals. The university helps their students to surpass their own abilities which helps the students to be ready to engage and participate not only in local but also in global competitions. To be globally competent this means that students need the awareness, skills and knowledge to understand, navigate and flourish in this increasingly global economy and that is what Jose Rizal Memorial State University provides.

Relevant

   The university and its learning system is relevant. It is always updated of the latest trends and development vital in learning basic and advanced high school education curricula which helps the students to learn more without adjusting with its learning system and to be not left behind of all those universities who are relevant. The university always give their students the best education they deserve as long as the university can provide.

Effective Communicator

   The university is a big help when it comes to building confidence. We, the students are trained to be more confident especially in front of a lot of people or during some speech. A school is where you learn but in JRMSU is where you'll become one. The university already built a lot of effective communicator just by helping the students build up their confidence.

Innovative

   Jose Rizal Memorial State University provides creative, innovative and research-based solutions to societal problems. The best example for this is the pandemic we are facing right now. Amidst this pandemic the university still managed to find new ways on how to continue the school year. Through online and modular learning the school year still continues and even though this is a kind of matter which both students and teachers needs to adjust, the university still managed to provide the students new ideas, methods and advanced  learning.

Service-Driven

   Jose Rizal Memorial State University teaches us to give value to everything we have. We are also taught to have a stronger relationship with our teachers, fellow classmates, schoolmates and even our friends.

   The university teaches us students to be more independent and to never procrastinate. We are taught to learn/research on our own. Jose Rizal Memorial State University help us students focus on our personal development that can help us in our future passions.

Shelter for Animals

   I'm seeing a lot of animals roaming in the streets seeking for food, shelter and owner. A lot of animals were killed and tortured by humans for the sake of amusement just because they have no owners and home. The innocent animals don't deserve to be treated wrong. In order to protect the animals, we need to give them shelter in where they no longer need to look for food, care and love simply because it is given to them. Giving shelter to street animals will prevent animal abuse, illegal killing, selling and eating of animals. I do believe all lives matter and just like humans, animals also do feel pain. By simply making shelter for them a lot of lives will be save.
